After 25 years behind a desk and countless miles on the road as a club runner, I’ve learned two things:

Most massage places treat bodies like templates. I don’t !

Solas was born from the idea that movement should feel good, not like a constant battle with stiffness, pain, or generic advice. This isn’t a clinic with clipboards and tick-box routines. It’s one-on-one support built around your real life, your real goals, and what your body’s actually saying.
Why I Do This
I’ve had the massages that felt like a waste of time. The ones where the therapist barely asked a question.
I knew I could do better.
I’ve been running for years and reaping the benefits of sports massage myself—especially as I hit middle age and realised I can’t just “run it off” anymore. But I also know not everyone wants to stretch, foam roll, or do yoga five times a week. (I don’t either.)


So I created Solas to show people—runners and non-runners alike—that soft tissue work can make a massive difference when it’s done right, by someone who listens.
